Knowing the components of economic education provides the dynamic background of education in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic education curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic education in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic education) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in education) were classified. economic education is dependent on internal and external components in educational systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

In the system of capitalism, firms based on e utilitarianism ethics maximize the profits. But in the Islamic economic system and based on its own ontological and ethical foundations, need is considered as the most important ethics criterion for productive activity. The discussion of the category of need as a criterion of value is important in two main directions: one in terms of the ethics responsibility of the producer towards himself and the family who earns income to eliminate the personal and family needs of living conditions. Secondly, it is responsible for the social ethics that the producer has towards his fellow humans and society as consumers and demanders of the products. Accordingly, the structure of the paper is organized in two directions. In this article, the most important features of the value of the need in the Islamic economic system are the emphasis on the real need and emphasis on addressing the macroeconomic needs of society such as security, justice and economic development, which the producer must ethically choose in the direction of the production of goods and services and must be committed to them.

It is aimed to address the role of government and its stand in an Islamic economic system by using economic theories and on the basis of public theory of Islamic state. It is proved that while the first principle in Islam is to prevent government intervention but the opposite will be the case because of economic and jurisprudential reasons to provide the purposes of Islam in an economic life.Therefore a different pattern has been designed for the role of government in economy based on free activity and the economic responsibility of people and also the responsible intervention of government in an Islamic system framework in comparison with other economic systems.

The Islamic banking system consists of the central bank, the banking system, legal entities, regulatory, control, regulating, accounting, auditing and tax systems, and. . . as well as the mechanism for determining the price that all of this collection should be evaluated within the framework of the Islamic economic system. Regardless of the Islamic banking system as a whole, changing the part of the system, including the change in legal relations, does not make a fundamental change in the existing structure of the banking system. What constitutes the advantage of this research is the kind of systemic approach into the Islamic banking system that sees it as a subsystem in the structure of Islamic economics. This framework is based on three Qur'anic words and standards: right and justice and consistency. Accordingly, we have come to the principles and strategies of Islamic banking as one of the most important functions of Islamic economics and in relation to it. In order to achieve the essence of the Islamic banking system, it is first of all important to set up an "attitude": an attitude based on methodology on the systemic approach and identification of the formation and legislation elements of the Islamic economics and banking, which is mentioned in this research. In this new architecture, "economic jurisprudence" will have a special role in the Islamic banking system. Accordingly, the stability of money, the relationship between the monetary sector and the real sector, economic equilibrium, pricing and specialized monitoring will be the main issues that will be considered in the banking system based on this view, and Islamic contracts are implemented in this framework.

In late 2008, with the advent of technology and the expansion of cyberspace, a phenomenon known as the "Bitcoin" cryptocurrency was introduced to the world and became popular. Although the extraction of virtual currencies is widespread in Islamic countries and Iran, there are still religious doubts about the legitimacy of its income. This paper studies the legal-economic analysis of virtual currencies extraction in the Islamic economic system using an analytical method. The results show that, firstly, given the spread of different instances of virtual currencies, the rule of extraction of each virtual currency must be applied in accordance with Islamic principles and rules. In this regard, from the point of view of individual jurisprudence, if the remuneration paid for the extractive activity is something which is not valid in the economic system, the contract is void. Secondly, from the point of view of government jurisprudence, practicing the activity of extracting virtual currencies that would strengthen Islamic rule is permissible and should be considered. On the other hand, it is not permissible to extract the currencies that give rise to the dominance of infidel regimes over Islamic state.

In divine opinion the world has a unique and coordinate system. This system has some subsets that «economic system» is one of them. In this paper the economic system is the system that uses the economic rules of divine system, it associates with other systems and uses economic tools, to provide, distribution and consumption of society needs. in such definition, the economic system divides in to three important parts that are «economic school», related economic «institutes» and «economic science». Aggregating these elements results «National Economy». In fact, that is «system of Islamic economy». Islamic economy forms in through Islamic regimen framework. The aim of Islamic economy in macro level is increasing the communities wealth and social welfare. By this view that is mentioned before, «Resistive Economy» is a product of Islamic economy. Resistive Economy is a stable and dynamic one that allocates the sources in optimized form in hardships and crises or to reach its goals. Also Islamic economy is necessarily Resistive, because Islamic system includes economic science's and economic school's potentials together.

This research article examines legal discrimination against children born out of wedlock in Iran. Despite laws promoting equality, societal attitudes influenced by beliefs continue to result in discrimination. The study explores the reconciliation of religious beliefs with legal frameworks and the changes made to the Iranian legal system in response to positive human rights developments. The Article seeks to bridge the research gaps by comparing the experiences of Iranian children with those in other countries affected by Islamic law. The study employs library sources and descriptive and historical research methods to examine the legal status of children born outside of marriage, both nationally and internationally, and the discrimination they face. The Article is structured into four distinct sections: an analysis of Islamic Law, a review of the Iranian legal system, an assessment of Iran's compliance with international conventions, and a discourse on the necessity of substantial positive change. The Article ultimately recommends the eradication of discrimination through heightened awareness and the advancement of inclusivity for all children, irrespective of their lineage. In summary, this research Article aims to shed light on legal challenges faced by children born outside of marriage in Iran, with the goal of promoting positive changes in their treatment.
